- Wakeup Early With Your Clothes Laid Out
- Do a 20 min workout, pull up youtube and start moving.
- Have something to write things down while you work out. Things will come into your mind while your working out that need to be done that day. Write things down.
- Take a shower or bath, use very beautiful scents every time you bathe.
- After your work out and shower, start blasting your entire body. This does work on the body that is truly deep and incredible. I recommend also blasting and brushing your face everyday.
- Apply your self tanners along with your lotions
- Get completely ready, even with shoes on and makeup and hair done.
- Start working on your home
- Put in one load of dishes
- Put in one load of laundry
- Wipe off all counters and sweep
- Take a break and enjoy coffee or start working on your hobby or work from home job.
- After your done working Fold the laundry and put everything away and vaccumm
- Lay stuff out for dinner
- Fininsh up loose ends
- Start dinner
- After dinner load dishes
- Clean up and wipe down counters
- Sweep up
- Get coffee ready and set for 5 am
- Get clothes ready for your next morning workout
- Lay them out
- Make a list for tomorrow
- Enjoy yourself
